The Cradle Coast Authority Board is responsible for the Authority’s strategic direction, financial management, appointment of advisory committees and other duties as set out in the Rules.

Representatives receive minutes of all Board meetings and report to their respective Councils on Authority matters and issues raised at Representative meetings.

The Cradle Coast Regional Tourism Committee works closely with the tourism team, and are responsible for creating local, regional and state partnerships, and implementing strategies to ensure that the region maximises its tourism potential.

The NRM Committee provides strategic oversight to the Cradle Coast Authority’s Natural Resource Management functions and responsibilities.
