A fixed term maternity relief position is available with the Devonport City Council until January 2021.

To be successful in this role you will have knowledge and a demonstrated capacity to provide advice and procedural compliance across a range of activities including recruitment, training and development, performance monitoring, experience in interpreting and applying relevant legislation (including enterprise agreements), policies and procedures and workers compensation.

You will have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop positive relationships across the organisation and work effectively in a team environment.

This is a full time role, however a part-time arrangement with a minimum 30 hours per week will be considered for a well organised team player.
