Reports to: Operations Superintendent


Review and improve data and reporting systems including stope blasts and production statistics to optimise future blasts and accurate mine performance data to aid production and planning
Developing Mine Schedules & Reserves for use in annual budget
Deliver rolling integrated 4 week production plan
Provide direction to mining contractors as required
Integrate approved mine plans and Mine Operating Plan into production execution plans to ensure mine production and development achieve budget targets.
Logistical Infrastructure Development
Interact with geologists, engineers and other mining personnel
Oversee and prepare underground development and stope plans using design software to determine the most suitable and cost effective method of mining
Oversee and coordinate with planning, surveying, ventilation, crews and supervisors in accordance with statutory requirements including Health and Safety and Environmental Compliance
Qualifications and Requirements

Mining Engineering Degree
7+ Years Underground Mine Experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent underground D&B experience
Proficient in Surpac
Excellent Communication Skills
High level organisation skills
High Level problem solving skills
