The West Coast Visitor Information Centre (WCVIC) has over 70,000 visitors annually and is an accredited member of the Tasmanian Visitor Information Network. The Centre was awarded a certificate of excellence by Trip Advisor in June 2019 and continues to exceed expectations.

WCVIC Casual Customer Service Officers play a valuable role in sharing the West Coast with visitors. Our officers are motivated with great knowledge of the West Coast and are excited about sharing West Coast experiences.

Our team is well presented, with confidence and skills in customer service and use of computers. The WCVIC is open seven days a week and Casual Customer Service Officers work on a rostered basis from 9am to 7pm. Weekends and public holidays are a popular time for visitors and availability for work at these times is required.

With growing visitor numbers we are looking for a Casual Customer Service Officer to join the WCVIC team for the 2019-2020 tourist season.
