Supported by State and potentially Federal Government funding, Cradle Coast Authority NRM, in 2019, will begin an exciting new phase of NRM planning, which will involve reviewing the Strategy, and developing NRM Action Plans and Investment Priorities for each of the themes identified within it.

Each theme is summarised here.

One of Cradle Coast Authority NRM’s important funding partners is the Australian Government, which supports 56 regional NRM organisations around the country.

From July 2018, the Regional Landcare Partnerships (RLP) component of the National Landcare Program will invest $450 million over five years to deliver national priorities at a regional and local level.

Cradle Coast Authority NRM is preparing a submission to the Australian Government’s competitive tender process. We aim to secure funding to deliver NRM services under the RLP program for the next five years.
